As an Assembly Worker, you are an indispensable link in our production process. You ensure that high-quality electrical products and cabling are put together with the utmost precision.
You will work in a clean, structured production environment where quality comes first. You will do this alongside a dedicated team of friendly colleagues, where craftsmanship and personal attention are key.
What will you be doing?
- Assembly: You assemble electrical components and cables.
- Reading drawings: You work based on clear technical drawings and work instructions (No experience with this yet? We are happy to teach you!).
- Quality control: You check your own work. Is everything functioning properly? Then it can move on to the next step.
- Troubleshooting: You identify minor deviations and fix them immediately.
- Workspace: You ensure the correct use of hand tools and keep your workspace safe and tidy.
Requirements
For this position, your motivation and dedication are the most important factors. Are you a reliable go-getter who likes to work accurately? Then you will fit perfectly into this team.
- Education & Experience: You have completed a (technical) MBO level 2 education, OR you have already gained practical experience in assembly/mounting.
- Technical insight: You have basic knowledge of technical drawings, or you are willing to learn this through us. Being handy with tools is a big plus!
- Character: You are accurate, reliable, and quality-oriented.
- Teamwork: You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
