Functie omschrijving

As a Junior Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electronic components that form part of complex high-tech machines. You will work in a modern assembly hall with multiple workstations, where each station focuses on a specific stage of the assembly process. Using technical drawings and work instructions, you will assemble, adjust and check components to ensure they meet the required quality standards. You will work alongside experienced technicians and have the opportunity to rotate between different workstations, allowing you to develop a broad understanding of the complete machine.

Your main responsibilities include:

Assembling mechanical and electronic components according to technical drawings and work instructions;
Working at different assembly stations, each responsible for a specific part of a complex machine;
Building and adjusting high-precision modules and mechanical assemblies;
Performing basic quality checks and ensuring components meet technical specifications;
Identifying and reporting technical issues during the assembly process;
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient production process;
Following established assembly procedures and safety regulations.

Functie eisen

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented junior technician who enjoys hands-on technical work. You are eager to learn, have a good understanding of mechanical systems and enjoy working together with colleagues to build high-quality machines.

The ideal candidate has:

A completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a similar field;
Some experience with mechanical assembly, gained through work, internships or practical training;
Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings;
An interest in mechanical engineering and high-tech machine assembly;
Good technical insight and strong attention to detail;
A structured, accurate and quality-focused working attitude;
Good teamwork skills and a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues;
The motivation to further develop your technical knowledge within the semicon industry.

A gross monthly salary between €2.900,- and €3.300,- based on full-time employment;
